            volley ball Physical Education

Welcome to the Core Exercises web page. Below you will find several core exercises to help strengthen and develop your core.
Core exercises strengthen your core muscles, including abs, back and pelvis. Why bother with core exercises? Strong core muscles make it easier to do most physical activities.
It is recommended that you perform your core exercises on a mat or carpeted surfaces. If you do not have either of these in your home, you can exercise on a blanket that has been folded to make a padded surface.
These exercises can be performed with family and friends most anywhere.
1. Stay in bridge position for 20 seconds.
